.NEW CLIENTS.
A valid credit card on file is required for all chemical services upon booking an appointment. Should you cancel less than 24 hours or no show your appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service/s booked.
​.ANIMAL/CHILDREN.
Although we are huge animal lovers, and we do love kids- for the enjoyment of your salon experience and your child's safety, we ask that you refrain from bringing your animals and/or children to your appointment. There are hot tools, razors, shears, and other things that may cause harm. If your childcare arrangements unexpectedly change, please notify the salon at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in the best way available.

.LATE POLICY.
We know life can be crazy but out of respect for other clients and our stylists' time, we have a 15 minute late policy. If a client is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten the service time or reschedule their appointment to another time. In the case you need to reschedule, there may be a charge of 50% of the missed service, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

.CANCELLATION & NO SHOWING.
We hate to miss you for your appointment. We understand things happen, however we value our clients and their time just as much as we value our staff and their time, therefore we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Should you cancel less than 24 hours or no show your appointment, the service amount will be charged to the card on file.

.REFUNDS & EXCHANGES.
Our intent is for each client to leave satisfied. We do not offer refunds on products, services, gift cards, or packages. We understand things happen and we will do our best to be accommodating.
